I saw this design elsewhere, what gives?
This is normal since as t-shirt designs might be sourced from a variety of graphic designers. Some designs are created in-house, while others are sourced from external designers with a license resell the artwork in printed format.

We make sure that we have permission and the right to use their artwork on the t-shirts before putting them on sale.

Mugs

What is sublimation and how does it work with mugs?

Sublimation is a printing process that uses heat and pressure to transfer dye onto a material, such as a mug. The image is first printed onto transfer paper using special sublimation inks. The paper is then placed onto the mug and heated in a press, causing the ink to turn into a gas and transfer onto the mug. This process creates a permanent, full-color image that is embedded into the surface of the mug.

How durable are sublimated mugs?
